Our Online Enrolment period has concluded as of October 14, 2025. This phase allowed families to register their child during Term 3, before the After-School programme commences in Term 4.
On-Site Enrolment (Currently Open)
You can still enrol in person!
If you missed the online form, we’d love to meet you at Ōtara Music Arts Centre during our Year 2 Orchestra sessions on Tuesday.
Our team can guide you through the enrolment process and help your child get started straight away.
When: Every Tuesday, 3:00–4:30 PM
Where: Ōtara Music & Arts Centre (ŌMAC)

Discuss how the programme operates for students from both partner and non-partner schools.
Assess your family's commitment to regular attendance.

General Enrolment Info:
Open Day
- Tuesday 15th July, 3pm - 4:30pm
After School Sessions (TERM 3):
- Every Tuesday, 3pm - 4:30pm
- Otara Music & Arts Centre (OMAC)
- Sessions Start:Tuesday 22nd July
- After completing the course, students will join one of our String Orchestra Groups suited to their age and skill level. Orchestra rehearsals run after school and session times vary by group.

Holiday Course:
- Tuesday 30th September
- Wednesday 1st October
- Thursday 2nd October
After School Sessions (TERM 4):
- Every Tuesday, 3pm - 4:30pm

- In 2026, they will have weekly In-School & After-School sessions during the school terms.
